This module implements a Grover's Search algorithm on a 3-qubit quantum circuit to identify anomalous states within satellite telemetry data โ€” a task that scales exponentially in complexity for classical systems.

By encoding sensor readings into quantum states and applying an oracle that marks target anomalies, Qhoenix achieves a quadratic speedup over classical search โ€” directly applicable to real-time anomaly detection in photonic satellite communication arrays.
